📋 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and 33cv ("we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the 33cv online casino and sports betting services available at 33cv.pro. These Terms apply to all registered account holders and to anyone who browses or interacts with the Platform in any capacity.

By accessing, browsing or using the Platform you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. 1. Age: You must be 21 years of age or older. If 33cv has reasonable grounds to believe you are under 21 your account will be suspended immediately and funds may be returned or forfeited at 33cv's sole discretion.
2. One account: Each person may hold only one 33cv account. Registering multiple accounts using different contact details, devices or identities is a breach of these Terms and may lead to permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
3. Accurate information: All information provided at registration must be accurate and complete. You must notify 33cv promptly of any changes to your contact details. 33cv is not liable for losses arising from outdated information on your account.
4. Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. You may not register on behalf of another individual without their explicit consent, and you may not allow any third party to use your account.
5. Self-exclusion status: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion agreement with 33cv or any other gambling platform. If you have previously self-excluded from any gambling service, ensure the exclusion period has fully expired before registering.

🔐 2. Account Registration and Security

When you register a 33cv account you create a personal account that is strictly non-transferable. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not you authorised that activity. 33cv staff will never ask for your password; anyone claiming otherwise is attempting to defraud you — report such contact to support immediately.

All financial transactions on 33cv are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 33cv does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in any foreign currency. Deposit and withdrawal requests must use payment methods registered under the same name as the 33cv account holder. Third-party payments — where the source of funds is a different person from the account holder — are not permitted and will be returned.

33cv offers promotional bonuses to eligible registered players from time to time, including a welcome bonus for new players and periodic reload, cashback and free spin promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms in addition to any promotion-specific terms stated at the time the offer is made. Where general bonus terms and promotion-specific terms conflict, the promotion-specific terms prevail.

1. Wagering requirements: All bonuses carry wagering requirements as specified in the applicable promotion terms. Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met in full.
2. One welcome bonus per player: The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per natural person, regardless of the number of devices, payment methods or contact details used. Any attempt to claim the welcome bonus more than once constitutes a breach of these Terms.
3. Bonus expiry: Bonus funds and free spins not used or meeting the wagering requirement within the expiry period stated in the promotion terms will automatically expire and be removed from your account balance.
4. Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% of each wager placed. Live casino games, table games and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate or not at all. Applicable contribution rates are stated in the relevant promotion terms.
5. Bonus abuse: 33cv reserves the right to withhold, void or reclaim any bonus where it has reasonable grounds to believe a player has attempted to abuse the bonus system, including coordinated betting with other players, using bonus funds for arbitrage bets, or registering duplicate accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses.

The rules of each game on the 33cv platform are set by the game provider and displayed within the game interface. Players should read the game rules before placing any real-money wager. 33cv is not responsible for losses arising from a player's failure to read or understand game rules before participating.

All games offered on 33cv use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently tested by accredited third-party testing laboratories. This ensures game outcomes are genuinely random and not influenced by any action of 33cv or its providers. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for individual games are set by the provider and are available within the game's information panel.

🚫 7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 33cv platform. Engaging in any activity listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances and, where applicable, referral to relevant authorities.

1. Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration, verification, deposit or withdrawal processes, or in any communication with 33cv support.
2. Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players, including sharing hands in live poker, sharing bet information in real time, or any form of organised team betting designed to exploit promotional terms.
3. Bonus abuse: Any systematic attempt to exploit bonuses, free spins or promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose, including registering multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses more than once.
4. Automated tools: Using bots, scripts, automated software or any other technical tool to interact with the Platform in a manner that provides an unfair advantage or circumvents normal game mechanics.
5. Money laundering: Using the 33cv platform to deposit, transfer or withdraw funds representing the proceeds of any criminal activity, or structuring transactions to evade anti-money-laundering controls.
6. Underage access: Allowing or facilitating access to the 33cv platform by any person under the age of 21, including permitting a minor to use a registered account belonging to an adult.

⚠️ 8. Account Suspension and Termination

33cv reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if 33cv has reasonable grounds to believe the account has been used in breach of these Terms, that continuing to operate the account would expose 33cv to legal, regulatory or financial risk, or that the account holder's identity, age or payment method cannot be satisfactorily verified.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 33cv, its directors, officers, employees, agents and technology providers shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption or the cost of substitute services, whether based in contract, tort, strict liability or any other legal theory, even if 33cv has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

33cv's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits 33cv's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

✏️ 10. Amendments to These Terms

33cv reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made — meaning a change that materially affects your rights or obligations — 33cv will provide registered players with at least 7 days advance notice via their registered contact details before the amended Terms take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

Minor amendments — such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications that do not change the substance of any clause, or updates to contact details — may be made without advance notice and take effect from the date published on the Platform. The Last updated date at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent amendment of any kind.
